Now accepting questions! My faux post.

Edit: No more questions? *sad face* Distract me from my studies, I dare you!

*bangs on gravel* Attention! Atttttttteeeeeeeeeeennnnnttttiiiiooooonnn, people!

Yes, this is a shameless advertising post an announcement dedicated to all the curious lurkers and readers out there that, for a limited time only, I’ll answer any questions concerning myself or this blog. I truly apologize that I’m so inconsistent in my blogging nowadays (not that I was ever consistent to begin with). To make up for that, here’s a formal Q & A session for you guys to ask me anything!

When this blog was first hosted on tumblr, I had a account that gave readers the opportunity to ask me anything. I gave up the account and stopped updating it when I moved this blog to wordpress. I must admit that I miss receiving a wide variety of wonderful questions, all of which were submitted by readers. I’ll try to answer every question I receive, but I might not answer if I have to reveal something too personal from my life. And to make this Q & A session even sweeter, I’ll not only be answering questions on this post, but also on my blog’s twitter. (FYI: Just make sure that your account’s privacy setting is on public so I can read your tweets!) Continue reading

YouTube Highlight of the Day: Lord of the Rings Easter Egg

I don’t know if you can tell from the fact that I’ve posted something LOTR-related twice within the past week, but I’ve been missing LOTR a lot. Yes, I feel a black void because I haven’t been able to rewatch the trilogy for months. I repeat, months! So imagine my happiness when a friend posted a link to this YouTube video, which ultimately not only made me laugh hysterically, but made my entire day — maybe even my entire week. I apologize in advance to those who’ve already been bombarded by this link, since I’ve posted this on my twitter already.

I hope y’all find this clip refreshingly funny, and that if you’re feeling a little in the dumps today, it’ll instantaneously lift your dampened spirits. Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan FOR. THE. WINNNNNNNNNNN! Continue reading

YouTube Highlight of the Day: One Man Phantom of the Opera

Nick Pitera has done it once again with this newest addition to his “One Man Medley” series! He shot to fame years ago when he sang “A Whole New World,” where he was both Aladdin and Jasmine. In this video, he sings a mashup of Phantom of the Opera songs, but here’s the kick — he’s the voice of Christine, Raoul, AND the Phantom. If you ask me, he’s simply amazing and one of the most talented singers on YouTube. Continue reading

Gong Hyo Jin and Ha Jung Woo pair up for Vogue

What happens when two of Korea’s hottest stars in the acting department are brought together for a photo shoot? Pure awesome-sauce, that’s what. I’m in love with Gong Hyo Jin‘s edgy, femme fatale look in contrast to Ha Jung Woo‘s formal, calm demeanor.

I’ve almost forgotten that Gong can look and act badass when the time comes, because we don’t tend to see that side of her in her projects. Oh, and did I mention that she’s pretty smokin’ hot in this pictorial? Yeee, girl’s got game! On the other hand, Ha Jung Woo reveals an absolutely adorable and downright nerdy side of himself, something I’m not used to seeing. Even when he’s dressed without his shades and a cigarette dangling between his lips, I still get a prominent aura that, underneath all those layers, danger awaits. Clothes just can’t conceal his sexiness, no siree!
